About This Role
Deloitte seeks a T&T Director - Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions to lead strategic transformation in the insurance sector across Southeast Asia, focusing on digital enablement, channel redesign, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Identify client business requirements and strategic vision to drive transformation.
- Develop pitch proposals including data analysis, opportunity sizing, and project costing.
- Facilitate client workshops for state assessments and future design planning.
- Assist in proposal development, restructuring operating models, and organizational alignment.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and create reports to support business growth.
- Evaluate operating models for efficiency and streamline core service delivery processes.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in business or MBA, with 12+ years of experience in Consulting/Financial Services.
- Proficiency in Southeast Asia market trends, economic impacts, and regulatory changes.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies or Professional Scrum Master certification.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems.
- Tech fluency in Cloud solutions, platform implementation, and Excel/PowerPoint presentation.
