Responsibilities
- Advise CFOs on FP&A and finance transformation for business growth.
- Lead large-scale engagements delivering strategic finance solutions and technology integration.
- Shape enterprise data strategy, KPI frameworks, and cost allocation methodologies.
- Drive business development, RFP responses, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Deliver exceptional quality results while managing senior client stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–12 years in finance transformation, FP&A, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics.
- Experience leading EPM platforms.
- Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders.
- Demonstrated team leadership and coaching experience.
- Strong commercial acumen supporting revenue growth initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- MBA and/or CPA/CA/CFA preferred.
