About This Role

Deloitte seeks an Associate in Finance Support to manage general ledger operations, statutory reporting, and month-end closing activities in Singapore. This role ensures financial accuracy and compliance for the SEA Finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial accounting, general ledger, and statutory reporting.
  • Maintain GL, manage fixed assets/leases, and coordinate month-end closing.
  • Prepare analytical reviews of P&L accounts and balance sheets.
  • Ensure accounting and tax compliance with local requirements.
  • Address business unit queries and raise ServiceNow requests for postings.
  • Perform ad hoc duties supporting new business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Finance/Accounting or professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant Finance work experience.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel ability.
  • Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to undertake ad hoc tasks/projects.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
