About This Role
Deloitte seeks an SR&T Consultant/Senior M&A Finance professional for Singapore to lead end-to-end M&A processes, including valuation and negotiation, while delivering purpose-led growth through strategic insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end M&A processes including deal preparation, financial modeling, and valuation.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and market research to support strategic insights for clients.
- Develop marketing materials such as investment teasers and information memoranda.
- Prepare and review detailed financial models for acquisitions, financing, and valuations.
- Communicate effectively with engagement management and client stakeholders to deliver presentations.
- Oversee internal documentation including project setup, acceptance procedures, and working papers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 4+ years of experience in M&A, Big-4, venture capital, or private equity.
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and market research with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for client-facing outputs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with coordination of internal and external teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills for report writing and stakeholder presentations.
