About This Role

Deloitte seeks a Solution Architect Manager to lead end-to-end architecture for investment management data, including Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, with a focus on AI integration, governance, and stakeholder storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Architectural leadership for data warehouses and AI solutions in the investment management ecosystem.
• Define integration patterns, pipelines, and consumption layers for enterprise-grade systems using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
• Evaluate architectural decisions against business strategy, regulatory requirements, and technology roadmaps.
• Craft compelling narratives to explain technical concepts and solution designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead architecture workshops, executive briefings, and deep dives to influence cross-functional teams for alignment.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from requirements through deployment, ensuring best practices and security compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, data architecture, or enterprise architecture.
• Strong expertise in investment management and broader financial services data domains.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and AI/ML platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT frameworks, and analytical workloads.
• Experience with modern data governance platforms and lineage tools.
