A&A - Sustainability & Emerging Assurance - Manager

About This Role

Deloitte A&A Manager in Singapore leads ESG advisory engagements for clients, overseeing project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability governance to drive positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior managers and partners to deliver high-impact climate & sustainability/ESG advisory engagements.
• Manage project delivery, timelines, and scope of work from inception through completion.
• Drive sustainability governance, manage ESG reporting, and assess financial impacts of sustainability practices.
• Champion communication efforts to ensure clear, impactful internal and external messaging.
• Support senior manager in engagement budgeting and resource management processes.
• Identify, research, and resolve complex climate & sustainability/ESG assurance issues.

Requirements

• Five to eight years of working experience in advisory engagements, preferably with prior sustainability/ESG-related work.
• Strong business skills and ability to translate recommendations concisely in reports and proposals.
• Demonstrate strong project management techniques including decision-making, analytical skills, time management, and organization.
• Self-starter who takes ownership for tasks and team performance.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, identify issues or escalate appropriately, and lead by example.
• IT literacy with sound knowledge of Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
