About This Role
Deloitte seeks a Senior Associate/Assistant Manager to lead the Southeast Asia Market Program, developing high-impact marketing initiatives and client strategies for private enterprises across Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Develop business plans to reinforce Deloitte's market-leading positioning for the Private Market Program.
- Execute business plans across channels including events, sponsorships, and social media to drive growth.
- Manage financial reports for the market program and strategic accounts, including sales pipelines.
- Lead client engagement activities and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop thought leadership initiatives to build the Deloitte brand and deepen client relationships across Southeast Asia.
- Support client engagement activities by managing project timelines, research, and writing/editing for local promotion.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of marketing communications or program experience in a professional services environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively and deal with ambiguity.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and thorough execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as SalesForce is an advantage.
