Deloitte seeks a Senior Manager in Private Tax to lead tax advisory for wealthy Asian and global families, supervise international professionals, and embed purpose-led growth in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Provide tax advice to privately held businesses and their owners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to very wealthy Asian and global families, including HNWIs.
- Supervise a team of specialised international professionals in executing projects and coordinating across multiple geographies.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the firm to share knowledge and experience with others.
- Align teams' work objectives with internal and external stakeholder goals to achieve shared success.
- Challenge themselves, collaborate on tasks, and take accountability for results.
Requirements
- At least a Degree in business/finance/economy or law.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in tax advise, preferably international professional services firm experience.
- Experience serving Chinese inbound clients and structuring family office setups in Singapore.
- Native Chinese speaking skills to interact with mainland clients.
- Excellent project management and personality skills for advising sensitive UHNW families.
- Ability to work independently on high-quality projects and grow into a bigger responsibility.
