Deloitte seeks a T&T Consultant - Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions for Singapore to deliver purpose-led growth and operational excellence through technology transformation.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost optimizations in work processes.
- Participate in team problem solving efforts to solve client issues.
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.
- Assess restructuring operating models to streamline service delivery.
- Support clients in transforming their business through strategic planning and implementation.
- Drive professional development through training, mentoring, and daily interactions with clients.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a business with a well-ranked institution or currently enrolled in an MBA program.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in transformation or consulting roles.
- Good experience leading business model design and implementation, particularly in financial modelling, Opex, productivity, or efficiency programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to write clearly and appeal to a wide audience.
- Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth, including a sense of responsibility to self, team, and client.
- Proven experience prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
