About This Role
Deloitte's SG Campus Talent Acquisition Intern role involves serving as a liaison for candidates, acting as a Brand Ambassador to enhance visibility and drive employer branding initiatives while coordinating interviews and engagement activities.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for candidates, university student clubs, and internal business stakeholders.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador to strengthen Deloitte's presence on campus and enhance internal and external visibility.
- Deliver employer branding and talent initiatives by engaging students, organizing recruitment drives, and campus networking events.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews as well as orientation sessions for interns and graduate hires.
- Plan, manage, and execute engagement activities and programmes for interns.
- Gather, analyse, and present meaningful insights from HR data in management reports.
Requirements
- Students from Business Administration/Human Resource Management related disciplines are welcome to apply.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship of 6 months; longer commitments will be an advantage.
- Committed and passionate about driving talent initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter, meticulous and well organized β efficient in planning, coordination and follow-up.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Handle sensitive information and analyze large volume of data responsibly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and data visualization tools will be preferred.
