About This Role

UOB seeks a VP to join a SWAT-style transformation unit, driving complex cross-functional challenges. This role shapes future-ready services using enterprise platforms like AI/ML and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop platform use cases and support partner onboarding/integration.
• Conduct diagnostic reviews, root cause analysis, and remediation planning.
• Assist in documenting reusable enterprise blueprints and accelerators.
• Integrate across AI, Data, Blockchain, and Automation domains for converged solutions.
• Build and scale strategic partnerships with fintechs and service providers.
• Produce quality delivery artifacts like process maps, BRDs, and business cases.

Requirements

• 4-8 years in technology, digital services, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience in cross-functional teams within complex organizations.
• Foundational understanding of APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with AI, data platforms, or automation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Structured thinking with attention to detail.
