Mortgage Direct Specialist

About This Role

UOB seeks a Mortgage Direct Specialist to drive the mortgage loan portfolio by providing end-to-end advisory and achieving sales targets in the Central Region. This role requires strong client management skills within a leading Asian bank.

Responsibilities

• Provide loan advisory and solutions for property financing needs.
• Acquire new customers via cold-calling, referrals, and road shows.
• Build strong alliances with internal stakeholders and customers for referrals.
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation compliance.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining process accuracy.

Requirements

• Recognised University Degree/Diploma.
• Prior property/consumer mortgage sector experience preferred.
• Results-oriented, dynamic, and self-driven.
• Competent in managing internal and external clients.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Resourceful and capable of minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work weekends if required.
