About This Role

UOB Manager, Customer Service (Trade) requires a qualified individual with 3-5 years of experience in trade products to support clients, handle queries, and ensure accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients on day-to-day Trade transaction queries via phone or email
  • Record all calls information according to standard operating procedures
  • Act as a Trade advisor on various Trade products enquiries
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure client requests are fulfilled
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting and monitoring of department KPIs
  • Identify and escalate client issues if any

Requirements

  • Degree holders with good understanding of various Trade products
  • Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Great Customer Service on Trade Products
  • Have Trade knowledge or customer services experience
  • Able to work independently with excellent verbal and email-writing skills
  • Able to interact effectively with internal & external parties of all levels
