About This Role
UOB Manager, Customer Service (Trade) requires a qualified individual with 3-5 years of experience in trade products to support clients, handle queries, and ensure accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support clients on day-to-day Trade transaction queries via phone or email
- Record all calls information according to standard operating procedures
- Act as a Trade advisor on various Trade products enquiries
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure client requests are fulfilled
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting and monitoring of department KPIs
- Identify and escalate client issues if any
Requirements
- Degree holders with good understanding of various Trade products
- Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Great Customer Service on Trade Products
- Have Trade knowledge or customer services experience
- Able to work independently with excellent verbal and email-writing skills
- Able to interact effectively with internal & external parties of all levels
