Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• MBA or relevant Master's degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in banking or financial services industry.
• At least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of success in managing large portfolios and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of financial products, markets, regulations, and risk management principles.
