About This Role

First VP, Technology Delivery Manager (CRM) at UOB requires a senior IT project manager with 15+ years of experience in banking and technology delivery, including PMP certification. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology projects from initiation to deployment.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management strategies.
  • Oversee multiple project teams to provide guidance and foster a high-performance environment.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure solution alignment.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to implement effective contingency plans for success.
  • Establish robust governance frameworks ensuring adherence to methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • Master Degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT project management or technology delivery, with at least 5 years in leadership within financial services.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex technology projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory environments.
  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, Scrum methodologies and relevant project management tools.
