About This Role

UOB seeks an AVP, Client Assurance Officer to manage the case lifecycle, review compliance documentation and sales calls, and maintain accurate customer records for quality assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Administer centralized case management cycle and compile review outcomes.
  • Review documents against a predefined checklist and sales call logs for compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of review outcomes and detailed findings reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to rectify discrepancies and ensure case closure.
  • Update customer profiles, including 'MWP' assessments into a centralized record.
  • Contact customers via recorded calls to confirm advisory details and manage concerns.

Requirements

  • Ability to review customer profiles and purchased products.
  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed records of call outcomes.
  • Willingness to contribute to process improvement.
  • Ability to work closely with the sales team.
