About This Role
UOB seeks an AVP, Client Assurance Officer to manage the case lifecycle, review compliance documentation and sales calls, and maintain accurate customer records for quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Administer centralized case management cycle and compile review outcomes.
- Review documents against a predefined checklist and sales call logs for compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of review outcomes and detailed findings reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to rectify discrepancies and ensure case closure.
- Update customer profiles, including 'MWP' assessments into a centralized record.
- Contact customers via recorded calls to confirm advisory details and manage concerns.
Requirements
- Ability to review customer profiles and purchased products.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed records of call outcomes.
- Willingness to contribute to process improvement.
- Ability to work closely with the sales team.
