• Lead pricing reviews for Integrated Shield Plans, Individual Health, and Employee Benefits.
• Ensure compliance and accurate system implementation for pricing changes.
• Assist management with financial assessments to achieve business goals.
• Monitor and report on business performance, profitability trends, and loss drivers.
• Manage data for pricing, analytical, and monitoring purposes.
• Own and continuously improve the Employee Benefits pricing tool.

Requirements

• University graduate in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Strong sense of initiative and ability to learn independently.
• High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with data analytics.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for cross-functional influence.
