Join HSBC in Singapore as a VUL Development Specialist to support end-to-end custody management processes for Variable Universal Life products. You will help optimize operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Establish end-to-end custody management processes (onboarding, account opening, due diligence).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for VUL business operations.
- Simplify and optimize front-office and operational requirements for faster market entry.
- Develop and govern key operational materials like playbooks and SOPs.
- Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders on VUL processes and custody protocols.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
- Working experience in life insurance or wealth management.
- Experience with custody operations, preferably VUL exposure.
- Proven experience in process enhancement and operational efficiencies.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of Bloomberg is a plus.
