Join HSBC as a Business Analyst on contract for Project Sirena, a major transformation programme. You will support end-to-end delivery across technology, regulatory, and operating model changes.

Responsibilities

• Support programme execution plans and drive outcomes
• Provide governance support for steering forums and executive updates
• Support complex transformation delivery across global/regional programmes
• Assist with budget, resource, and vendor management
• Ensure robust risk, control, and compliance management
• Escalate risks, issues, and trade-offs with clarity

Requirements

• Strong track record of project management and planning skills
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional, multi-location teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (including senior executives)
• Broad, enterprise-wide view of the organisation
• Degree or equivalent practical experience
