Senior Programme and Project Services Manager - Project Sirena (Contract)

About This Role

Join HSBC as a Senior Programme and Project Services Manager on contract to support Project Sirena, a complex end-to-end transformation programme. This senior role drives delivery across technology, regulatory, and operating model change while ensuring strong governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive programme execution plans, workstream planning, and governance artefacts.
• Lead steering forums and executive updates, managing risks and escalations.
• Drive integrated plans across workstreams, dependencies, critical path, RAID, and financial controls.
• Support large-scale global/regional transformation delivery with strong discipline.
• Drive cross-functional workshops to translate drivers into future-state operating models.
• Hold workstream leads accountable and resolve conflicts across functions.

Requirements

• Experience on large-scale, complex transformation programmes (global/regional).
• Track record delivering regulatory and/or technology change with operating model understanding.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional, multi-location teams on delivery, budget, risk.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior executives.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and change control discipline (scope/schedule/budget).
• Broad enterprise-wide view of organization strategy and capabilities.
• Strong risk and control capability aligned with taxonomy and governance.
• Degree or equivalent practical experience.
