About This Role

Seeking a Project Business Finance Manager (Costs) for Project Sirena at HSBC SG. This contract role drives cost management, forecasting, and reporting for a complex end-to-end transformation programme through to end-2028.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution plans and cost governance for the programme.
  • Lead steering forums on costs, escalating risks and trade-offs.
  • Support large-scale transformation delivery with cost discipline.
  • Translate business drivers into future-state operating models.
  • Own cost of change, headcount planning, and vendor performance.
  • Ensure robust risk/control management aligned with HSBC taxonomy.

Requirements

  • Experience in Finance or large-scale cost/transformation programmes.
  • Strong attention to detail on regulatory/technology change impacts.
  • Proven ability with cross-functional, multi-location teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and change control discipline.
  • Broad enterprise-wide view of organization strategy.
  • Strong risk and control capability.
  • Degree or equivalent practical experience.
