About This Role
Seeking a Project Business Finance Manager (Costs) for Project Sirena at HSBC SG. This contract role drives cost management, forecasting, and reporting for a complex end-to-end transformation programme through to end-2028.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution plans and cost governance for the programme.
- Lead steering forums on costs, escalating risks and trade-offs.
- Support large-scale transformation delivery with cost discipline.
- Translate business drivers into future-state operating models.
- Own cost of change, headcount planning, and vendor performance.
- Ensure robust risk/control management aligned with HSBC taxonomy.
Requirements
- Experience in Finance or large-scale cost/transformation programmes.
- Strong attention to detail on regulatory/technology change impacts.
- Proven ability with cross-functional, multi-location teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and change control discipline.
- Broad enterprise-wide view of organization strategy.
- Strong risk and control capability.
- Degree or equivalent practical experience.
