About This Role

Drive business growth by acquiring New-to-Bank small business clients and cross-selling the full suite of SME Banking products at Standard Chartered in Singapore. Achieve sales targets while maintaining high compliance and service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly New Sales Revenue (NSR) targets through NTB acquisitions.
  • Actively cross-sell the entire suite of SME Banking products and Wealth Solutions.
  • Ensure complete compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high service standards, responding to client queries within 2 business days.
  • Drive cross-product sales and referrals to Affluent clients.
  • Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk matters.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SME/Business Banking experience focused on NTB acquisition.
  • Proven track record achieving quarterly sales and NSR targets.
  • Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, or Business Management.
  • Strong client relationship management and service excellence skills.
  • Familiarity with customer due diligence (including FATCA).
  • Knowledge of basic working capital and mortgage financing principles.
  • Keen understanding of credit underwriting requirements.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
