About This Role
Drive business growth by acquiring New-to-Bank small business clients and cross-selling the full suite of SME Banking products at Standard Chartered in Singapore. Achieve sales targets while maintaining high compliance and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly New Sales Revenue (NSR) targets through NTB acquisitions.
- Actively cross-sell the entire suite of SME Banking products and Wealth Solutions.
- Ensure complete compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high service standards, responding to client queries within 2 business days.
- Drive cross-product sales and referrals to Affluent clients.
- Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk matters.
Requirements
- 3+ years of SME/Business Banking experience focused on NTB acquisition.
- Proven track record achieving quarterly sales and NSR targets.
- Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, or Business Management.
- Strong client relationship management and service excellence skills.
- Familiarity with customer due diligence (including FATCA).
- Knowledge of basic working capital and mortgage financing principles.
- Keen understanding of credit underwriting requirements.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
