About This Role

Drive the Cash Management strategic agenda for Standard Chartered in Singapore, acting as a senior execution partner to the Head of Enablement. This role translates strategy into executable initiatives across Cash, Risk, and Technology to ensure sustainable business value.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the Cash strategic agenda, translating it into clear priorities and delivery plans.
• Support organizational design and operating model transformation across Cash, Risk, and Technology.
• Lead or govern strategic initiatives, including technology investment cases and adoption of solutions.
• Drive progress towards best-in-class Cash Management capabilities through investment prioritization.
• Ensure initiatives comply with Group change delivery, risk, and control standards.
• Maintain strong understanding of Cash Management product risk and control frameworks.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Transaction Banking/Cash Business management (global/regional level).
• Strong Cash product knowledge, industry insight, and product risk expertise.
• Proven experience in strategic initiative execution and complex cross-functional delivery.
• Commercial acumen with a grasp of Cash P&L dynamics and cost management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across various levels.
• Experience leading transformations or adopting agile ways of working.
• Advanced communication skills with international exposure preferred.
