About This Role
A permanent Business Development Manager position in Singapore, SGP, for Standard Chartered Retail Banking, focusing on acquiring new clients and deepening existing relationships to meet Priority Client targets.
Responsibilities
- Source and acquire new to bank clients
- Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis with customers
- Foster and deepen customer relationships through regular market updates
- Draw up monthly plans to achieve/exceed sales targets for new business and customer acquisition
- Participate in marketing activities to source affluent segment prospects
- Provide quality after-sales services and manage client anti-attrition/retention
Requirements
- 2+ years of Client Acquisition Experience
- Diploma holder
- Experience in Managing Greater China markets
- Good understanding and command of Mandarin as the incumbent will be supporting Greater China markets
- Technical knowledge and expertise in consumer banking products (e.g., Treasury, Equities, Funds)
- Ability to adapt to changing business priorities
