About This Role

A permanent, international Senior Relationship Manager position at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore requires 3+ years of experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and retail banking. Responsibilities

• Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to meet their needs.
• Foster deep customer relationships by providing regular market updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
• Draw up monthly plans to achieve/exceed sales targets for new business and customer acquisition goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to support customer acquisition efforts.
• Source and call on individual prospects, manage anti-attrition and retention of clients, and organize sales presentations.
• Solicit referrals from other parts of SCB such as RMs from C&I, staff, and associates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client acquisition, relationship management and retail banking.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Self-starters and team players who enjoy working in an international environment.
• Experience in client networking.
• Account Management (of HNW Individuals) experience.
• Experience in managing Vietnam markets.
• Good understanding and command of Vietnamese as the incumbent will be supporting Vietnam markets.
