About This Role
Develop and deliver bespoke cash management and Treasury solutions for MNC clients in Singapore. This role drives business growth by combining deep product knowledge with consultative sales and risk management expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop global PTS strategy execution plans for the local region.
- Build business pipeline through cross-selling and best practice sharing with clients.
- Develop market-unique treasury solutions based on client needs.
- Manage revenue, product penetration, and profitability targets.
- Serve as a trusted partner through complex strategic transactions.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory compliance and risk management standards.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Direct sales/structuring experience required.
- Proven ability to interact with senior external stakeholders (MNC clients).
- Strong problem-solving and innovative client solutioning skills.
- Deep knowledge of cash management/Treasury products.
- Ability to build deep industry sector knowledge of clients.
- Experience working with technology/consulting teams preferred.
- Ability to manage product-related risks and compliance.
