Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute wealth client engagement strategy for acquisition and growth.
  • Define end-to-end wealth and digital client journeys across channels.
  • Support omni-channel execution of engagement campaigns and communications.
  • Establish a data-driven framework using analytics for strategy optimization.
  • Partner with product/digital teams to translate business needs into scalable strategies.
  • Ensure all activities adhere strictly to governance, risk, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in wealth management client engagement is beneficial.
  • Strong focus on detail and execution discipline required.
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse functional stakeholders (Product, Digital, Analytics).
  • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes from engagement initiatives.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in banking.
