Responsibilities
- Shape and execute wealth client engagement strategy for acquisition and growth.
- Define end-to-end wealth and digital client journeys across channels.
- Support omni-channel execution of engagement campaigns and communications.
- Establish a data-driven framework using analytics for strategy optimization.
- Partner with product/digital teams to translate business needs into scalable strategies.
- Ensure all activities adhere strictly to governance, risk, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Experience in wealth management client engagement is beneficial.
- Strong focus on detail and execution discipline required.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse functional stakeholders (Product, Digital, Analytics).
- Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes from engagement initiatives.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in banking.
- Proficiency in using analytics to guide decision-making.
