About This Role
Lead SNT PVB Operations in Singapore, owning transaction processing for Private Banking Loans, Payments, and Credit documentation. Drive strategy, efficiency, risk management, and team development within a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver PVB SnT Operations Strategy via agreed KPIs/OKRs.
- Oversee transaction processing for Private Banking Loans, Payments, and Credit docs.
- Drive continuous innovation to improve process and people efficiencies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team culture and development.
- Manage operational risks, controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver effective governance over operations including outsourced activities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant Private Banking experience.
- Strong financial services background.
- Proven operational risk & change management expertise.
- Ability to deliver strategy via KPIs/OKRs.
- Experience collaborating with Client Experience & Credit Risk teams.
- Proficiency in Private Banking Loans, Payments, and Financial Reconciliations.
- Drive process improvement and digitization efforts.
- Competency in Process, Operational Risk, People, Change Management.
