About This Role

Join Maersk in Singapore as a Cargo Flow Optimisation Operator to ensure seamless cargo transhipment through key hubs. This shift-based role supports vessel operations and network performance execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage cargo movement across hub ports
• Monitor vessel schedules and respond to operational deviations
• Handle cargo contingencies to minimize customer impact
• Support service performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in validating terminal operational charges and resolving discrepancies
• Contribute to maintaining efficient yard flow and overall hub readiness

Requirements

• Open to all backgrounds (preferably supply chain, logistics, or maritime)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working shifts, with data and multiple systems
• Good prioritization and teamwork skills
• ~2 years of logistics experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome
