About This Role
Maersk seeks a Billing Assistant in Singapore to manage daily billing processes, liaise with operations teams, and ensure accurate invoice generation using Oracle JD Edwards. This role supports the company's goal of becoming a global integrated logistics expert.
Responsibilities
- Support billing matters with Customs Brokerage/Haulage/Operations Teams.
- Ensure timely submission of job charge sheets for daily billing.
- Perform daily billing duties, verifying and dispatching all bills.
- Generate invoices in Oracle JD Edwards and update Keyfields system.
- Attend to customer queries regarding billing disputes promptly.
- Maintain proper filing systems for audit purposes.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Able to work under pressure and support overtime when required.
