About This Role
Maersk seeks a Logistics Coordinator in Singapore to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, inventory, and shipment processes within a dynamic global logistics network. This role drives operational excellence through close collaboration with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Liaise on order fulfillment, inventory & shipment activities with customers and operations.
- Provide operational updates and resolve issues collaboratively with customers.
- Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal/external clients.
- Verify vendor invoices and manage discrepancies with vendors.
- Monitor warehouse supplies usage and raise replenishment POs.
- Coordinate urgent order fulfillment across customer, operations, and transporter.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant logistics industry experience (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pressured team environment.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with WMS/Exceed System (preferred).
