Logistics Coordinator

About This Role

Maersk seeks a Logistics Coordinator in Singapore to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, inventory, and shipment processes within a dynamic global logistics network. This role drives operational excellence through close collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Liaise on order fulfillment, inventory & shipment activities with customers and operations.
• Provide operational updates and resolve issues collaboratively with customers.
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal/external clients.
• Verify vendor invoices and manage discrepancies with vendors.
• Monitor warehouse supplies usage and raise replenishment POs.
• Coordinate urgent order fulfillment across customer, operations, and transporter.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant logistics industry experience (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pressured team environment.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with WMS/Exceed System (preferred).
