Supervisor - Operations

About This Role

Lead daily warehouse and administration operations at Maersk Contract Logistics in Singapore. This role involves supervising teams, managing cargo movements, and ensuring high service levels for clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operators on receiving, picking, packing, and cross-docking.
• Oversee all cargo movements in/out of the warehouse.
• Liaise with customers regarding documentation and administration matters.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for assigned accounts.
• Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts and housekeeping.
• Monitor productivity and drive cost control initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Warehouse Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience.
• Strong supervisory and team management skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
