About This Role

NTU seeks a Research Fellow to work on developing and demonstrating a prototype for a mobile robot combination coupling/decoupling device. This role involves hands-on prototyping and technical collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototype for mobile robot coupling/decoupling device.
• Apply excellent prototyping and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently and in teams, supervising final year projects.
• Present complex technical issues to multidisciplinary/international teams.

Requirements

• Ph.D in Electrical/Electronics/Robotics, mechanical or mechatronics engineering.
• Working knowledge of software (Python, C++, Matlab or similar).
• Good working knowledge in ROS.
• Practical, hands-on, and detail-oriented self-learner.
• Proficiency in English and strong verbal communication skills.
