About This Role
NTU seeks a Project Officer (Data Analytics) to support research on an Attention-based Model for Antibody Generation. This role involves data analysis, computational modeling, and project execution within the College of Computing & Data Science.
Responsibilities
- Support project execution aspects.
- Monitor, document, and report on project progress.
- Conduct data analysis, literature reviews, and programming support.
- Collect/curate molecular biology data (e.g., protein sequences).
- Assist in computational model development for antibody prediction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in CS/Math/Engineering/Statistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AI concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
