About This Role
NTU seeks a Research Fellow to manage projects and secure grants for HABITS, focusing on multidisciplinary research in health behaviour. This role supports translational research to improve population health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations including budgets, expenses, and resources.
- Identify and secure funding opportunities through grants and partnerships.
- Lead research projects from ethics approval to dissemination.
- Develop relationships with academic, industry, and government partners.
- Represent HABITS at conferences and events.
- Promote research impact through publications and media engagement.
Requirements
- PhD in behavioural sciences, public health, communication, or psychology.
- 5+ years of full-time academic or market research experience preferred.
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Experience with academic publications.
- Strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience securing and managing research grants.
- Ability to build strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders.
