About This Role

NTU seeks a Research Fellow to manage projects and secure grants for HABITS, focusing on multidisciplinary research in health behaviour. This role supports translational research to improve population health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations including budgets, expenses, and resources.
  • Identify and secure funding opportunities through grants and partnerships.
  • Lead research projects from ethics approval to dissemination.
  • Develop relationships with academic, industry, and government partners.
  • Represent HABITS at conferences and events.
  • Promote research impact through publications and media engagement.

Requirements

  • PhD in behavioural sciences, public health, communication, or psychology.
  • 5+ years of full-time academic or market research experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Experience with academic publications.
  • Strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience securing and managing research grants.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders.
