Senior Assistant Manager, Learning Experience Design

About This Role

A Senior Assistant Manager in the Library Services Division seeks a creative and technically capable individual to design high-quality learning objects across interactive modules, video-based learning, and immersive experiences using instructional design principles.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging learning objects and assets across interactive modules, video, and immersive experiences.
• Develop end-to-end video learning objects including storyboarding, scripting, filming, and editing.
• Work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutions based on design principles.
• Apply instructional design principles to ensure learning effectiveness and engagement.
• Use data and feedback to evaluate, continuously improve, and publish learning objects within LMS platforms.
• Explore new tools and approaches to enhance learning object design and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Learning Design, Educational Technology, Media, Communications, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in learning design, digital media, or content development.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing learning objects/assets across formats.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Rise.
• Experience with media production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems like Blackboard.
• Strong ability to translate learning needs into effective solutions.
• Experience in video production including storyboarding, filming, and editing.
