About This Role
The NTU Assistant Manager, Prospect Research Team seeks a qualified professional with at least 3 years of experience in fundraising prospect research and database management to identify, analyze, and manage donor profiles for the University's giving mission.
Responsibilities
- Prospect identification and qualification
- Prospect analysis and reporting
- Database and information management
- Collaboration with Fundraising Team on profiles and due diligence
- Ensure compliance and ethics in research
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 3 years experience managing customer relationship databases and conducting due diligence on individuals & entities, preferably in fundraising sector
- Knowledge of the nonprofit sector and fundraising
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
- Excellent written communication skills with high accuracy and clarity
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Strong ethical judgment and decision-making abilities
