Lead, Industry and Research Collaborations at NTU is a College-level leadership role requiring 3-5 years of experience in research administration, managing complex agreements across multiple stakeholders, and leading a team to drive operational excellence and compliance within the NTU ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead College-level oversight of the full life-cycle of research agreements, including pre-contract advisory and project closure.
- Provide guidance on agreement structures, templates, and processes across different collaboration models.
- Review draft agreements to identify governance, compliance, and operational considerations prior to submission.
- Coordinate across Schools, central offices, faculty, and external stakeholders for timely review and resolution.
- Serve as the College-level escalation point for complex agreement cases involving funding, IP, and risk.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in research administration, partnerships, or higher education roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex agreements and engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Educational background or working experience in engineering, science, or technology-related environments.
- Familiarity with Singapore's research and innovation (RIE) ecosystem frameworks.
- Strong working knowledge of research agreements, contract administration, and University governance.
