About This Role

The NTU Assistant Manager, Administrative Support role supports EEE Graduate research programmes by providing administrative and operational support for student academic matters, curriculum administration, examinations, and graduate activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support as part of the EEE Graduate (Research Studies) team.
  • Assist ACG in the administration of EEE research degree programmes, including student academic matters and curriculum.
  • Coordinate and manage graduate academic related activities and events for programme outreach, publicity, and orientation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely programme administration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with prior experience in academic or programme administration.
  • Experience working in a tertiary education institution is preferred.
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal abilities.
  • IT savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.
