About This Role

The NTU Assistant Manager (MScP) role requires a recognized degree holder with strong administrative skills to manage programme publicity, admissions (handling 400+ applications), finance claims via ARIBA, and student records. Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and manage marketing campaigns to raise public awareness of the MScP programme.
  • Manage up to 400 applications per year, including verifying documents and handling appeals.
  • Perform purchasing and claim functions in ARIBA to support tuition fee billing and SkillsFuture Credits.
  • Assist with budget planning, track expenditure, and monitor cash flow to ensure the budget is not exceeded.
  • Manage two role-based emails/queries from students and stakeholders, including maintaining student records.
  • Collate data such as course curriculum, intake numbers, and financial status to prepare an annual report.

Requirements

  • Recognized Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to track progress.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude with a positive solution-focused approach.
  • Open-minded team player who communicates objectively to keep goals in view.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prior experience in programme administration is an advantage.
