  • Assist in driving change programs to ensure seamless transitions during technology rollouts and address employee resistance.

Requirements

  • A degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or digital adoption roles.
  • Familiarity with chatbot technologies, digital adoption platforms, CRM systems, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
