Responsibilities
- Manage studies and supervise research assistants/students
- Handle data management including cleaning, coding, and analysis
- Ensure compliance with ethical requirements and grant reporting
- Support research dissemination efforts including manuscript preparation
Requirements
- Degree in psychology or related social science field (Master's preferred)
- Experience with human participants, especially children
- Organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with students and staff
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work flexibly across different settings
