Seeking a Research Engineer to lead the development of advanced vector search algorithms and systems at NTU, focusing on high-dimensional data storage, indexing, and system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on vector search including storage and indexing.
• Design and implement experimental frameworks to benchmark performance across hardware and software platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare technical reports, documentation, datasets, and research artifacts.
• Support publication preparation, code development, and grant-related deliverables.
• Participate in team meetings to design new research ideas and solve problems.
• Oversee project progress and report on ongoing work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics Engineering.
• Independent and analytical mindset with strong teamwork skills.
