About This Role
Seeking a Research Associate to lead sub-projects and coordinate collaboration in the Nano-Bio Interface Lab at NTU, focusing on elucidating nanoscale biomolecule assembly mechanisms and drug delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist research projects under the direction of a Principal Investigator or senior staff.
- Lead sub-projects and coordinate collaboration works.
- Participate in writing scientific publications, review literature, and supervise junior members.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project success.
- Assist in laboratory operation, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
- Train new laboratory personnel, students, and visiting scientists.
Requirements
- Minimum Master Degree in biological science, biomedical engineering or related disciplines.
- Research background in nanofabrication, invitro reconstitution, fluorescence microscopy imaging and related image analysis.
- Working experience in supported lipid bilayer, protein purification, liposome assay, T cell culture and characterization.
- Proficiency in python or MATLAB-based image analysis.
