Responsibilities
- Teach and mentor students in game design, mechanics, narrative, and UX.
- Guide student-led projects from concept to completion across video game development.

- Bridge the gap between industry-standard practice and academic innovation in emerging technologies.
- Engage with cultural, ethical, and philosophical dimensions of gaming practice.

Requirements
- A strong record in tertiary education (A terminal MFA or PhD degree is required).
- Extensive expertise in video game design, including mechanics and interactive narrative.
- A recognized practice with an impactful portfolio showcasing innovation across real-time engines, AR/VR, and generative AI.
- Evidence of scholarly output in contemporary game studies or creative computing forums.
- Willingness to engage with digital humanities, ludic studies, or social gaming platforms.
- Passion for education and the ability to foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
- National or international recognition by academia or industry with leadership and contribution to game design evolution.
