Responsibilities
- Develop and train multi-agent RL policies for cooperative target tracking.
- Formulate decentralized decision-making frameworks including state/action representation and reward design.
- Design perception-aware control modules for autonomous agents in cluttered environments.
- Integrate simulation-based validation frameworks to evaluate system performance and scalability.
- Work with PhD students and researchers to support system integration, testing, and demonstration.
- Prepare technical reports, publications, and project deliverables.
Requirements
- PhD degree in Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or AI.
- Strong research background in multi-agent reinforcement learning and autonomous systems.
- Publication record in relevant journals or conferences is an advantage.
- Strong programming skills in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with reinforcement learning algorithms or multi-agent coordination in simulation.
- Familiarity with graph neural networks, attention mechanisms, or computer vision/sensor fusion.
- Experience in developing training policies for multi-agent systems or UAVs.
