CLIC Research Assistant (Psychology / Neuropsychology / Cognitive Neuroscience)

About This Role

A full-time CLIC Research Assistant is seeking a Psychology or related degree holder with prior experience in adult cognitive testing, neuroimaging (fMRI/EEG), and data management protocols to support research on cognitive flexibility, learning interventions, and human neuroimaging in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment of young adults (18-30) from vocational institutions and the general working population via community sampling.
• Organize the collection of datasets for cognitive flexibility and learning research.
• Assist with data coding, entry, and analysis protocols for neuroimaging datasets.
• Conduct general administrative tasks including protocol oversight, data management, and conference presentation preparation.
• Assist with the preparation of research reports for journal publications.
• Perform other administrative duties related to the CLIC project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Neuropsychology, Cognitive Neuroscience, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in conducting adult cognitive testing and neuroimaging (fMRI, EEG).
• Prior experience with participant recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with data management protocols and ethical regulatory frameworks in Singapore.
• Experience in performing general administration tasks for research projects.
• Experience in producing research reports.
• Good statistical knowledge and skills, including familiarity with R and SPSS.
• Good IT skills (Office).
