Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to student enquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits.
- Assign cases to mental health practitioners efficiently and timely based on availability.
- Manage the front-facing reception, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, seminars, and events hosted by the UCC/University Wellbeing Office.
- Monitor facilities and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and address repairs.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of a good diploma with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, or a degree from a recognised university.
- Preferred fields include psychology, counselling, social work, education, or other related disciplines.
- 1-3 years of experience working in an administrative role in an educational, mental health or social service setting.
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting is valuable.
- Effective organisation and time management skills.
