Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to student enquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits.
  • Assign cases to mental health practitioners efficiently and timely based on availability.
  • Manage the front-facing reception, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, seminars, and events hosted by the UCC/University Wellbeing Office.
  • Monitor facilities and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and address repairs.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of a good diploma with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, or a degree from a recognised university.
  • Preferred fields include psychology, counselling, social work, education, or other related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in an administrative role in an educational, mental health or social service setting.
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting is valuable.
  • Effective organisation and time management skills.
