About This Role
The NTU Annual Giving team is seeking an Assistant Director to lead the strategic development and delivery of alumni, faculty & staff giving programmes, ensuring alignment with University Advancement Office priorities while managing donor pipelines and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the strategic development, planning, execution and evaluation of alumni giving and faculty & staff giving programmes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and the development of tailored giving programs.
- Work collaboratively within the University Advancement Office to set priorities for annual giving and ensure fundraising programmes are aligned.
- Identify and/or qualify donors or prospects with larger giving capacity to build the pipeline for Leadership Gifts.
- Ensure all appeals and campaigns are compliant with relevant charitable legislation and University policy.
- Report to senior management on a regular basis with a detailed analysis of annual and alumni giving programs against agreed KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of working experience, preferably programme development experience in an advancement role.
- Demonstrated competency in programme development and management, and product marketing.
- Have track record of success in programme development and management.
- Experience in facilitation and management of teams β personnel, volunteers and budget.
- Ability to work with a diverse constituency of alumni, faculty members, and students.
