Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison for assigned industry sectors, staying informed of market trends and evolving employer needs.
- Develop targeted strategies to engage top employers within the assigned sectors, ensuring alignment with NTU CAO objectives.
- Lead efforts to position NTU as a talent partner of choice through thought leadership and advocacy.
- Build, maintain, and deepen strategic partnerships to secure internship, graduate employment, and student project opportunities.
- Conduct regular employer outreach to understand hiring needs, recruitment timelines, and evolving competencies.
- Develop initiatives to address employer gaps in talent pipelines and organize Recruitment Talks/Events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of work experience with deep understanding of assigned sectors, including market trends.
- Experience working with startups and in the Fintech sector is a plus.
- Ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative approaches.
- Proven track record of building and sustaining productive relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Strong ability to analyse data to forecast hiring needs and measure sector engagement effectiveness.
